As a developer, I would like the functionality to reorder rows/columns

A customer would like to be able to reorder rows and columns in PrizmDoc Cells, either by clicking-and-dragging or by menu options. This would allow for more editing flexibility.

As an administrator, I would like to use Office 365 Enterprise for the MSO office document rendering engine

A custoemr is interested in being able to use Office 365 Enterprise for MSO. Currently, PrizmDoc only allows use with Office 2013, 2016, or 2019. Having this option would provide greater flexibility with office document rendering.

As a user of PrizmDoc Editor, I would like the Editor to support footnotes so that existing footnotes can be seen when loading a document.

As customer, I would like PrizmDoc to support prevent application from following links when rendering HTML documents.

Similar to PCC-I-421 although setting could be toggle when establishing a viewer session to allow user to accept the risk of following links in order to render content in the viewer control.
