UPU 4-State Barcode Support

As a user I would like Barcode Xpress to be able to detect UPU 4-State barcodes. USPS 4-State barcodes are detected and similar to the UPU barcodes but UPU are not detected.

Email File Attachments Merged in Conversion

A client would like the ability to add attachments in email files as subsequent pages for viewing during the conversion process. For example, if the email file contains a PDF, the PDF would be the pages after the email in the Viewer.
