As a developer, I would like to use ImageGear with the .NET v5 framework

A customer is showing interest in being able to use ImageGear for .NET in a .NET 5 project. Having support for this framework wail allow the toolkit and users of it to take advantage of the new framework's features and flexibility.

As a customer I would like to be able to convert a pdf file to a hpgl file.

ImageGear supports and opens hpgl files, however, it doesn't have write support. It would be nice if we can convert pdf files to hpgl in ImageGear.

As a PrizmDoc end user, I would like annotations to auto-save periodically

I would like to have my annotations auto-save periodically while I am working with a document so I don't lose any work if I forget to save the annotation layer.
