As a customer, I would like to be able to rotate annotations fully in all 360 degrees

Currently, in ImageGear for C & C++, annotations can only be rotated by 90/180/270 degrees. Being able to rotate an annotation fully in all 360 degrees would allow the user to have more control over the design and look of their output document.

As an SDK user, I'd like ImageGear to try to load a somewhat malformed JPEG2000 image, rather than rejecting the image altogether

I'd like to see ImageGear Pro attempt to load JPEG2000 files even if they don't completely adhere to the JPEG2000 specification. Currently, the files cannot be loaded at all.
