As a user I would like to add SMS task to my workflow without Professional Services support.

Currently SMS is only available to professional services.

As an OnTask workflow builder I would like the ability to post messages to Slack from my workflow without using Zapier.

Have the ability to insert a block in a workflow that posts a message to a Slack channel. The message can be a combination of fields and text similar to the way emails are created in OnTask currently.

As a customer, I would like to export a completed form to .csv

I'd like the values of those inputs from a webform to be added to a .csv file and emailed (or avail for download) after the form completes
