"Is there a service status page where the user can check the cloud status and latest issue/maintenance windows?"

Would like to be able to see  

• Planned maintenance Windows (if they exist) and known issues/downtime (example <https://support.gooddata.com/hc/en-us/sections/203564867> ) 

• Service availability (example <http://www.gooddata.com/trust> )
