As a Developer, I would like to identify what version of Barcode Xpress I am using within my Linux environment via string data from the shared object, so that I can easily identify what version it is like I can in Windows Properties Details window

Currently the only way to identify what version of Barcode Xpress a SO file is is by remembering what tar file it came from. It would be beneficial to have some string information within the SO file so that I can see what version it is easily like I can within a Windows environment within the properties window
