As a web form builder I would like the ability to include a button workflow participants that allow them add more fields (ADD MORE)

Background: Sometimes there are webforms that should allow end-users to add fields.

For example: Suppose you have a list of Children. Every family has a variable list of children from 1 to many. The participant should be able to click a button ADD CHILD on the webform that will add more fields.

Child First Name: Child Last Name: _ Child SSN_

+ADD CHILD

When the user clicks ADD CHILD three more fields will be inserted into the webform.
