As a workflow builder I would like the ability to assign email addresses to Properties as Additional Records in a Multiple Select.
Current State: You are able to create Additional Records when an option is selected in a Multiple Choice dropdown as part of a Start Form. However, currently those records are not assignable to a Property of type Email. They can only be assigned to Properties of type Text.
Common use case: On a start form customers want to have a drop down select list of Departments. Depending on which Department is selected down stream in the workflow they would like tasks to be emailed to a manager/person responsible for the selected department.
Today it would require a very complex branch workflow to support this. Typically there are many options in the dropdown that make the Branch implementation approach too complicated and large. If there are more that 5 options I typically tell the customer we can't do this.
