For example, if I have an optional document upload field, I would like the option to use that document in a Download button in an email. If the document is not uploaded, perhaps the button could be disabled or removed.
Currently, the email task will just cause a bounce-back in the workflow, which causes the workflow to be effectively errored because the user cannot proceed, and cannot revert back and upload a document.
