When an email has a link to a workflow in it, often times the next step in the workflow should be assigned to the email recipient. Currently, however, the next step is automatically assigned to the owner of the previous task.
Consider checking if a given step is immediately preceeded by an email with a workflow link; if so, assign that step to the email recipient automatically.
