Meeting notes are sent to all possible meeting attendees up to 6 people but all fields except the first email are optional. The workflow runs correctly but the email step doesn't like that these emails may not exists and gives a soft error. For emails with only download steps, emails should be able to be sent to recipients that may be blank.
