We commonly send forms, agreements etc to the sam grouping of people (e.g. all of my Board members, All of my staff) . it would be a timesaver if there was a means in ONTASK to save e-mail groupings so that when it is time to e-mail that group, I can simply pick the group instead of uploading a file to accomplish this. The groupings would need to be editable in case there are changes (people coming or going from the organization)
