What if when you publish a workflow in OnTask we have a pop-up that says Send to OnTask for Peer Review. They could opt-in to share their OTW with us. We can learn about their process and also provide feedback to reduce the chances of an error. The pop-up could have a "don't show again option" in case it gets too annoying.
