Prospect is wishing to allow localization in the platform otherwise he would not be able to offer it as a solution to their global customers. Specifically, he is based in UK and would like verbiage to reflect their English language e.g. Organization .> Organisation, change dates to European format day, month year vs month, day, year, etc.

Thank you Tim. OnTask workflows can be localized already (anything except Right-To-Left languages). The product UI, including the dashboard and various non-customer-provided content doesn't currently have localization support. For prioritization purposes, can you please roughly estimate the size of those opportunities and probability to close? Could be a total estimate, no need to split by each customer

This is needed by most potential customers. Particularly as we talk to ISVs with the new API version. Conversations with Inventise, Tieto, Easy software, and Oracle all have the need to servive mutiple markets.
