As an existing IG.NET developer I would like to leverage the software and relationship we have with Accusoft to build web based applications that we used to do in client applications using IG.NET. The features in ASP.NET only represent a subset of the wide number of features in IG.NET in total.

For this specific project I have the need to do the following:

1. Pan/rotate/resize/move and image on the screen within the margins and save those changes back to the original file
2. Deskew a page or whole document and save
3. Use and eraser to white out areas of an image and save
4. Have a ruler to measure content on an image regardless of the zoom
