As a customer, is it possible to implement fixed point number Window/Leveling?
When I display a Philips MRI image in Medical.exe I get a very abnormal, but DICOM conformant Window/Level setting (using fixed point numbervalues), and a very unusual low RescaleSlope.
My image shows up too pale and the brain is too bright.
Osirix and Cornerstone javascript library display this correctly.
I guess Accusoft does not support fixed point numberWindow/Level values and rounds them to the next integer, which is not good enough for the pixel data/RescaleSlope.
