upgrade to Nuance 20 to get access to document classifier or...

v20 did change licensing to counts, it's true, but it also added a document classifier. If we want to stick with v19 for cost reasons, what about finding a good open source tool that does the same thing and add it to ImageGear? At Legaltech the buzz, which changes every year of course, was about 'AI', Machine Learning, and pre-classification using intelligent search to reduce review time.
