Adjustable Line Width when viewing CAD/PDF documents

Customer would like this feature implemented into a future version or have the code to achieve this functionality. This would be useful for viewing CAD/PDF documents that have line widths too thin to see in the viewer.

    This feature has been implemented and will release with PrizmDoc version 13.0.
