As a PrizmDoc admin I want to be able to disable caching.

As a PrizmDoc admin I want to be able to disable caching. This is useful as it will save disk space and simplify thing for me.

"In our particular use case scenario, users are viewing each document only once. A small percentage of those documents may be viewed at another date in the future. Therefore, we would like the entire cache (user documents, working files, temporary files, everything) to be flushed and deleted each day."
