As a customer I would like to be able to change the resolution of an output image
Currently, PrizmDoc does not have the functionality to modify an output image. It would be nice if I can have the option to change the size or resolution of an output image in PrizmDoc.
Resizing of the image and increasing the resolution of a converted image is a part of any image conversion tool. We wish prizmdoc also does have this feature.

maxWidth and maxHeight, we have tried, my requirement is to upsize the resolution.

CCS API docs show that JPEG, PNG, and TIFF output have maxWidth and maxHeight options. This allows you to do downsizing of the image output (but not upsizing). Does that meet your needs?
