As a developer I would like PrizmDoc to interface with mysql without requiring insecureAuth to be enabled

I want this because I would like the extra security benefits of a more secure authentication method for our database.

    Currently the security level is not GDPR standard. We need it to be, before may of 2018 so we can be compliant to this regulation.
