Currently, if a customer's credit card fails at bill time, PrizmDoc cloud will make a few other attempts at 10-day intervals to retry. However, it would be more convenient to have an optoin to pay immediately.
Having this feature will allow users to resolve the payment issue immediately after making the correction with their credit card; which will in turn either put things back on track with their account, or it will provide the customer with an immediate notification on the spot if there's still a problem with the card.
