As a customer, I would like to be able to control the path of temporary files generated by PDFXpress

In the event that PDFXpress crashes (such as an OutOfMemory exception), the customer finds that APDFL temp files are being written to the root of the Windows "TEMP" directory. Due to the crash, these files are not being handled correctly, and are filling the hard drive. There is no way to determine which files are specifically generated by PDFXpress because they're all in the root of the TEMP directory, except that these are the files that do not go away.

The customer would like a way to control the path of temp files generated by PDFXpress so they can handle them separately, and would like to be able to identify which temp files were generated by PDFXpress.
