I have HTML documents in UTF-8 encoding that I want to load into PrizmDoc. If these files don't have a meta charset="UTF-8" tag, they don't come through correctly. Some browsers (Chrome) will automatically detect this when opening files without the meta tag. As a customer, I would like for PrizmDoc to make UTF-8 a default/detectable encoding for HTML files. If neither of those, it could be a selectable encoding like PrizmDoc supports for text files.
