Currently before saving, the product requests page attributes for every page which contains a markup. If you have created a markup, but have not visited the corresponding document pages, the viewer does not know their dimensions yet, so it has to get page attribute for every page which contains markup. For large documents with many markups, this can cause a perceived performance issue. There may be an opportunity to improve the process for large documents.
