Currently, selecting a change in the Viewer scrolls the view to the top of the page the change is on but does not scroll to the change itself. This can create confusion about which change is selected and is inconvenient.
Scrolling to the change that is selected would allow faster, more convenient reviewing of changes and reduce confusion when viewing revisions.
